I've heard servers are asking to leave early, and a couple actually left early. I told Urania if someone asks to leave early tell them yes and don't come back. If you want to do decide how many servers are needed go open your own restaurant and write yourself a check. Smoking, vaping, and the use of chew are only allowed during break times & outside our building. Designated areas are determined by the City of Mobile' Smoking Ordinance, It's your responsibility to know the laws designating where you can smoke. You must smoke at least 15 feet away from our back patio, smoking in front of our building, the sidewalk, or Cathedral Square is a violation.
Employees clocked in are allowed one half-priced meal per shift during your break. Orders must be paid for in advance, they're not permitted as a to-go order, and must be eaten & disposed of in-house. The paid receipt must be visible while eating. Togo boxes cannot be used or carried out by any employee for any reason.
